The following terms and conditions are valid between you and Barta EURL

Please note that we do not guarantee that all products featured on the website are in stock or are available for purchase. We preserve the right to stop selling a product.


Orders can only be placed by a person that is 18 years or older.


We reserve the right to revise the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.


Each purchase is subject to the version of the terms and conditions applicable at the date of submitting the order. Please inform yourself about the applying version of terms and conditions before submitting your order. Please note that the terms and conditions valid for your order are always the terms and conditions that you have read and accepted before you have placed your order and not a later version.


Placing orders


By using the website and/or placing an order on the website you confirm that you have read the terms and conditions, and that you accept them. Please make sure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions before you place an order. An order can only be placed if you have previously confirmed that you accept the terms and conditions.


Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have proceeded to checkout and received the order confirmation email.




All the prices are indicated in euros and all taxes are included. The Value Added Tax (VAT) is the one in force on the French territory.


The prices applied are those shown on the website at the time of orderin.




All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.


If one of the ordered products is not available anymore, we shall contact you within 7 days of the order date. You will then be able to confirm the order or cancel it.


In case the order is maintained and delivered partially, the client will be charged only the price of the delivere.




In the event the order is cancelled, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.




Antique fabrics supplied may have colour variations and blemishes which are evidence of authenticity and do not constitute a defect. They will never affect the overall aesthetics of the product and its ability to be used as intended.


Colors on table set and circle


Hand dyed pieces may have colour variations due to the artisanal dyeing process. Slight variations may occur between different batches.


Pieces are not guaranteed against fading. Exposure to direct sunlight is not recommended for hand dyed pieces. Please refer to the care instructions in the product description.




We are working on demand or with a little stock. 


The maximal dispatch time is 3 weeks from the day of the order.


You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been placed, and you will be informed of your delivery date by DHL Express.


Worldwide deliveries are carried out by DHL Express.


You have the possibility to track the parcel on the website of DHL with the tracking number communicated in the email informing you of the order dispatch. In the event of delay, we cannot be held responsible for any reason whatsoever. Consequently, no claim for compensation of any kind can be made against us.




The website offers the following payment methods:


Payment by cards via Stripe


For payment by card, the credit is made at the time of the confirmation of the order provided that we have obtained prior permission to debit your account with the appropriate payment center, failing which the order could not be taken into consideration.

You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product(s) to return them (ART. L121-20 of the French Consumer Code).


If the last day of the lead-time is a Saturday, a Sunday, or a Holiday, the lead-time is reported to the following business day.


Beyond this, we reserve the right to refuse the return or the refund. All enquiries must be sent to hello@table-table.fr




We can’t provide any refund. Exchange or store credit of the articles will only be accepted if the product(s) ordered are returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Customs, duties and taxes


All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU).


Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for you. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.


Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs shall be prior to purchase.
